style observer: are you a Bobo?

My husband's partner dresses like a bobo and it suits her perfectly. She is always wearing ethnic prints and sheer fabrics, huge amber necklaces and other jewelry that she has picked up during her travels. She never looks messy, just interesting and exuberant. If it's right for the wearer, I think it's so chic.
