    Love it! Gorgeous, and definitely classy and fabulous! Wearability and comfort aren't often discussed with Chanel and her style, but I think it should be - do you?!

    Interestingly, I bet Miss Coco would have rocked the harem pants, no?!

    PS: I noticed you used Bakers shoes...what do you think of their quality?! I have seen some appealing styles in magazines, but would like some first-hand reviews of comfort, wear, etc.

    Chanel was all about comfort, wearability, and ultimate style. She liberated women from the confining clothes in the 20's.
    Some of Baker shoes are more comfortable than others. So, I think it's a product you're going to have to try on. I've tried these on, and they were pretty manageable. Having said that, I don't know how they would be if you had to wear them all day. Also, you can't compare a shoe like this to one like a Manolo - there just is no comparison. Manolo's are actually fairly worth the price, b/c they are built well - feel good - and last! BUT, right now I don't know many women running out to buy $600 shoes - no matter how comfortable they are.

    At the price, I can afford to test drive a pair of Bakers! And I agree with you on Manolos - both comfort and price! Since I can wear flip-flops and jeans to work, I am not spending much on shoes these days anyway...after 8 years, I think Austin is rubbing off on me!

    Now I AM thinking about a pair of Louboutins I am coveting from Neiman's....sigh,

    I absolutely love Chanel. So classy! Perfect for the basic pieces we are supposed to splurge on for quality. Have you seen the Lifetime movie?

    I have always been a great fan of Coco Chanel.
    The quotes that she makes in life are so TRUE!
    I think and agree that every girl should be
