My primary issue with this "trend" is that in Austin it has never really disappeared. The dreamcatcher-as-headgear look is still represented by the aging/aspiring hippie demographic, that also embraces broom skirts and burlap shirts. But I think it's cute when it's paired with clothing that doesn't make the headgear look dated.
