    I worry about my arms months in advance. I start doing arms in the gym at least two months before the summer hits.

    Agreed, going tanning or using a tanner will make your arms appear smaller!

    I feel that way about my legs. I start rigorous leg exercises a couple of months in advance... AND STILL HATE THEM! I guess I should just buy a really cute cover-up. Thanks!

    Great post. I am one of those women who hates my arms. They are ugly from Keratosis Pilaris (red bumps) and I am so embarassed by them. I agree about self tanner, that's what I've been doing. But what to do when so many of the styles you love come in shorter sleeves now? I get frustrated and end up resorting to a basic t-shirt because the sleeves are a bit longer.

    For your legs--I started wearing those FitFlops 3 weeks ago and I swear it is making a difference in the tone of my legs.
