I have a Chloe bag that fell apart within a month. The strap literally popped off. It's absurd to pay that much money and have the bag fall apart. At least with LV you pay for quality - you know it will hold up.

Re: Louis Vuitton goes quilted

I agree with the quality of LV bags. Are there any designer bags that you have experience with that AREN'T worth the $$. For instance, I have a Kate Spade and don't feel like it holds up that well to daily use.

Re: Louis Vuitton goes quilted

At first I didn't like the quilted Louis Vuitton bags because they are such a different look for the classic print bags, but the more I look the more I admire! After all, change is important to keep a design fresh, and I love how lux the quilting is.

Re: Louis Vuitton goes quilted

Right now I am like Jennifer Hudson's character in SATC. I dream of carrying an LV bag. Also like her character, I just got engaged after my hubby bought me a diamond ring from www.idonowidont.com so now I just need a carrie bradshaw to surprise me with my own Louise V bag!
