No. For so many reasons. Not the least of which is that it's 100 degrees today. Also, totally GREASE...and not in a good way.
But I love them. This is is what keeps fashion interesting!

No! I don't like... I don't like them for me, because I don't have the legs for them...but then again, I don't even like them for girls who do have the legs for them, like Rihanna or one of the Olsen twins...they're just overall not my cup of tea.

It's interesting that I just came across this post because I bought the most beautiful pair of shiny black leggings yesterday from express and the first thing I thought when I tried them on was Grease! They look like leather from a distance but they are stretchy and SO comfortable and stylish and they look incredible on me. But I'm taunted by the unanswered "what do I wear them with?" question. Fashion rarely stumps me and I'm stumped! I'll keep you updated.

Hi - same for me. I got Express's flyer/coupon in the mail which drew me in to their store. While out shopping at a mall with my mother he found ourselves in Express and I tried on those shiny black leggings. Too my surprise, they fit like a glove and actually looked pretty good on my 37 yr old booty. No way I would ever wear them out with my butt showing, but a sales girl brought me a black dress with some sparkles on it and I gave it a try. It looked really nice and classy - not to sleazy like one would think. The dress came down almost to the knee so the whole outfit is very slimming. So don't knock 'em till you try them... you might be surprised how many extra long tops or short dresses. Good luck and have fun

I think I'm going to pair these pants with a large chiffon top. I'd love to see it in a body suit with a nice big belt. They have a lot of good great leggings (shiny and not shiny) at Express.

I found the official MEMBERS ONLY web site that has a number of members only leggings celebs are wearing such as Miley Cyrus & Rihanna other the the black style. They include gunmetal, shiny silver, wet cropped, and black. I also head MEMBERS ONLY was coming out with velvet and denim leggings! i'm dying for some black leather leggings this fall, but the real ones are anywhere from $800 to $1200...these look like a pretty good alternative, but they're a little shiny for my taste. i would not wear them as 'pants', but more as i would tights--over a short dress/tunic or oversized sweater and a cool jacket, and definitely with either loose knee-high boots, or slouchy ankle boots. i also love how high they come up so they keep you nice and tucked in around the middle :)

These leggings are actually quite amazing...I own them and do not ever want to take them off!! You can wear them with anything, dress them up, dress them down...you just have to be a risk taker and not want to look like everyone else in the world.

LOVE IT!!! i would pair them with a t-shirt dress and high heels. but ONLY for a night out. i definitely wouldn't wear them grocery shopping... unless of course i was looking to be propositioned by old men...

Some of the models that W4W Toronto socializes with wear these kinds of leggings or tights, but these 'liquid" leggings are on there way out - too impractical especially for club wear...make you perspire.
i really really really want those!!! seriously!!!! for my halloween costume this year! they are so cool!

I really like liquid leather leggings but I must confess that I prefer leggings made of latex. Latex is more genuine and I often wear clothes made of latex because everyone knows what it stands for. I never weare latex on weekdays and never at the first date.

I'm ordering a pair for this winter. At 68 - I feel I can wear whatever I want and my other tight leggings look really cute with long sweaters or tunics and fashion scarfs not to mention the support and shape they give my legs and hips. The ones I tried on were no more difficult to put on than panty hose. They look really good with boots or platform sandals which I can still wear being blessed with small, well manicured feet and ankles and I'm not in my wobbly stage of life yet. I think a lot of women are over-reacting to the concept of the leather look. Depending on what you wear with them and how you ACT will determine if you look slutty or not. No one is too old to dress cute and it's unfair to yourself to say you are too old. Just because you have a lot of birthdays doesn't mean you should look like Ma Kettle. Good grief.

The liquid leather leggings look quite interesting. I wonder if there are any liquid leather bras on the market. It would make a great gift for my girlfriend, and also for me once she wears it.
