i love your site! A question about trenches...is there a rule about who looks best in a double-breasted trench vs. a single breasted one? It seems to me that single breasted trenches look better unbuttoned than double-breasted ones do. What do you think?

There really is no rule. It boils down to what you feel good in. I can give you a few tips though... Double breasted jackets in general are less flattering for a woman with a big chest. So, if you are blessed in the chest area stick with a single breasted style. It is a bit easier to leave the single breasted open. However, a double breasted is a smart classic look. I hope this helps.
